TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
All services are provided by Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company registration number 8287873.
The services provided under these terms relate to our Clarity & Confidence 1 Hour Health Review Session, where you will receive:
a) A one-to-one health review session delivered via Zoom, lasting 60 minutes;
b) Suggestions to implement simple changes to improve your health, focusing on one previously-agreed topic, alongside a review of your previously-submitted food diary;
c) Where relevant, we may also follow up via email to make recommendations as to how we can support you to achieve your goals.
It is important that you are aware that all services are delivered virtually. While we provide guidance to support health improvements, the success of these services depends on your engagement, including completing necessary forms ahead of the consultation and acting on outlined areas.
This session is not a full medical review. Advice provided does not supersede medical advice or treatment plans set out by your doctor or other medical practitioner.
Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd cannot be held responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, including undisclosed medical conditions, allergies or medications.
Whilst some clients may experience quick wins shortly after the session, we offer no guarantees or timelines. Each person is different and results may vary.
Where possible services are performed by Tina Hancocks. We reserve the right to outsource to an equally qualified Nutritional Therapist if required, where this happens as much notice as possible will be provided.
We also offer a £40 credit toward enrolment in our Get Empowered or Health Reset programmes for clients who transfer within three months of their session.
2. Fees and Payment Terms Including Refund and Rescheduling
The fees for all one-off sessions are due in advance and shall be payable online via the checkout on our website or via direct bank transfer. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses. Any recommended supplements or products are not included in the fees.
Should you need to change your booking you will be able to do so providing that you give 48 hours’ notice. Notice should be provided by email. If there are less than 48 hours before your session you will not be able to reschedule and you will still be charged.
If you make a booking and wish to cancel within the first 14 days, you will receive a refund, as long as your session is not due to take place within 48 hours of the time when the booking was made. If you make a booking with less than 48 hours’ before the session is due to take place you will not be permitted to reschedule or permitted to a refund if you are unable to attend, so you should carefully consider your diary before booking.
You will not be entitled to a refund where you change your mind and request a refund where more than 14 days have passed following the time of booking. All refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
If technical issues on your end prevent your participation, you will be offered a rescheduling option at our discretion, provided it is communicated promptly.
You must return your completed 5-day food diary at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
If you book a Clarity & Confidence 1 Hour Health Review Session and subsequently enrol in either the Get Empowered or Health Reset programme within three months of your appointment, you will receive a £40 credit towards the programme fee. This credit is valid only for programme enrolment within the stated timeframe and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials created as part of our services remain the property of Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd, we retain all copyright. Should you wish to use any document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.
4. Communications
Communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. Our usual business hours are 9am until 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for our business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.
5. Data Protection

As part of booking this service, you will be added to our mailing list to receive updates, educational resources and marketing information relevant to our services. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@tinahancocks.com.
Your email address will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Confidentiality and Retention of Information
Communications between us are confidential. We will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.
Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations and regulatory bodies.
7. Complaints
We are committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact hello@tinahancocks.com. We agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. Any liability to you is limited to the amount of any fees paid.
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of the services delivered unless they are detailed above. There will not be any liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for verifying the compatibility of advice provided with your medical conditions, medications and other health factors.
Any supplements or third-party products recommended during the session are suggestions based on the information you provide. Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd is not liable for any adverse effects from supplements and it is your responsibility to review the suitability of these products.
9. Third Party Rights
These terms are exclusive to the individual receiving the services and cannot be enforced or relied upon by any third party.
10. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
The services provided during the session are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any actions taken based on recommendations provided are at your discretion and risk.
11. Scope of Services
This session is limited in scope and focuses on one pre-agreed topic and your food diary, as indicated during booking.
It does not include in-depth reviews of complex medical histories or the creation of a comprehensive health management and nutrition plan. For more complex health concerns, you may want to consider an additional programme offered by Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are our standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the English Law.
The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
