You know things need to change and you’ve got some ‘niggles’ or more serious symptoms that are starting to rear their ugly heads, but you don’t know where to start.

You may have had some recent tests showing things are slightly out of kilter, but no specific guidance and you’d like to try another approach before opting for medications.

We’ll dig in to find the root cause of your symptoms and get your body back into a place of balance.  

How does it work: 

You complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary beforehand, we spend 75 minutes on Zoom (or in-person) focusing on understanding the drivers of your condition or symptoms and devising a nutrition and lifestyle plan unique to you and your needs. 

We’ll then catch up every 2 weeks on Zoom to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments, while in between sessions you have continued access and support via a downloadable app.

After 6 weeks you’ll be getting back to feeling like the old you again and have a whole new perspective on your health.

  • Rebuilding the foundations of your health takes time and commitment (I have learnt this the hard way).

    I have seen that clients who only commit to 1 or 2 sessions do not always get the results they are looking for. I want to give you the absolute best shot at recovery.

    My one-to-one coaching packages have been tailored to work specifically for everyone’s unique biology, for the minimum amount of time with the appropriate resources that people need.   • After our initial consultation, your follow-up sessions will take place every 2 weeks so we can stay on top of your progress (don’t worry I completely understand that sometimes this is not possible and will do my best to accommodate changes). My clinic hours are 9am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs.

    I am also available to you on my practice app Monday-Friday for any questions or queries that you may have in the intervening time.

    All sessions must be taken within 3 weeks of the original planned end of the programme.

  • Real change takes time and the time it takes to heal depends on the person. This ranges from 6 weeks to 3 months and beyond.

    With longer-term, chronic issues we are often dealing with conditions that have been building up over years, and undoing years of accumulated stress on the body and getting your systems back into balance can take time. Many people start to notice positive changes in symptoms within a few weeks and then more transformational change occurs over time.

    My packages are not indicative of the time required to heal from a specific issue.

    The period of treatment intervention will depend on your individual circumstances and the depth of healing you would like to embrace. There are follow on options if we feel you need more support after the initial 6 week period.

  • Investing in yourself can feel daunting. However, ask yourself the question, where will you be in 6 months’ time if you don’t put yourself first?

    The cost of one-to-one support works out at around £10/day.

    Ask yourself the question, “is the cost of investing in support less than the cost of staying stuck where I am?”, to help you decide whether this is a worthwhile investment for you. This offering is my mid-level support package. If finances are an issue, there is a payment plan available and if that still feels a little out of reach right now, you could consider a 1 hour Clarity & Confidence session where we could look at one small element, such as a particular symptom or your current supplements.

  • My 1:1 programmes involve completion of a comprehensive health questionnaire (takes about 30mins) and food diary before your first appointment. The initial consultation is around 75 mins, followed by 40 min appointments every 2 weeks. We will also have informal check-ins via my practice app as often as you need - this is really helpful for any queries or symptoms that may come up in between appointments.

    Beyond that, I would recommend setting aside 1 - 2 hours a week to allow you to plan your schedule, activities and meals (together with prep) to enable you to implement the actions we're working on. You’re going to be spending time eating and drinking either way, so let’s spend the time to get you the most benefit from it.

    There isn't (unfortunately!) a magic wand when it comes to improving our health and wellbeing, but poor health is the the No.1 thief of time. Small steps ultimately add up to great leaps, and your future self will pay you back enormously for any time you invest today. Just keep focusing on those long-term goals!

  • That’s a tricky one to answer, as it all depends on what foods you love and if they love you back.

    This is something we’ll dig deeper into during your sessions. I will say that pleasure is integral to your overall health journey, so I will work to ensure that pleasure has a place in your life and on your plate.

  • I cannot guarantee results, as your success in large part lies in your hands and within your actions. But I guarantee that I will be guiding you every step of the way. Everyone's body is unique and while I can give you all the tools and knowledge you need to support your health, everyone's journey varies.

  • No. Any testing undertaken will be at an additional cost. My Get Empowered package does include testing options.

  • Yes.

  • Yes. I will send you a detailed health questionnaire and food diary to complete ahead of time and you’ll need to send these back to me at least 4 days before our session in order for me to fully review.

    The health questionnaire will take about 30mins to complete, so it's best to use this as a convenient time to grab a cuppa!

  • No.

    I'm not here to turn you into a gourmet chef or give you rigid meal plans. I will give you a few recipes to get started with and act as a guide.

    The aim is to show you how to eat that'll support and replenish depleted nutrients and bring your body back into balance.

  • Good question. I always encourage people to ask that question when I see people giving out advice.

    I qualified as a nutritional therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2024. I’m a fully registered and insured member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and on the CNHC Register (which means your GP is able to refer you to me and some health insurance companies will cover this). This means that I abide by their code of conduct when working with clients and have completed hundreds of hours of clinical practice.

    I am a registered nutrigenomics practitioner, having completed in depth training studying the impact our genetics has on our health and the underlying factors impacting our goals, alongside how to support this via nutrition.

    I’m also a certified Level 1 Precision Health Coach.

    I regularly attend continuing education events and seminars on the latest scientific advances to keep my knowledge up to date.

    I have my own first-hand lived experience of dealing with an autoimmune condition for over 25 years and the trials and tribulations of managing it. I’m in the trenches with you and I am very aware that the generic nutrition advice trotted out doesn’t and can’t apply to each of us as we will respond differently. Our unique circumstances mean that we need unique solutions.

    I’ll be honest with you, in the nicest possible way.

  • This is a tricky one to answer as it depends entirely on your unique situation and what is going with your condition (active flare up versus remission) and your current diet and lifestyle.

    My goal is to work within realistic parameters, so that you have the tools and knowledge to make sustainable changes that will set you up for improved life-long health, not just during the time we are working together.

  • Yes, absolutely. I’ll do a comprehensive review of any medications you are taking and their contra-indications / interactions with other nutrients and supplements. You’ll also need to keep me updated on any changes in your medication.

    I’ll work with your existing doctors and care team to ensure they are onboard with any changes suggested.

    You may find that over time you are able to reduce the amounts of some of your medications or even remove them entirely.

  • No.

    Any supplements I recommend need to bought at additional cost.

    My approach is always food first, so I always try to keep supplements to a minimum. However, they can be an excellent addition especially if you are particularly depleted or we need to quickly support a certain area.

  • That’s no problem at all. I offer follow-on sessions if you feel you need additional support.
