Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 7-day programme to optimise health focused around nutrition and lifestyle changes – ‘The Spectrum of Health Programme - 7-days to renew your energy and health’ running 28th April to 6th May 2025 (the "Workshop"), provided by Tina Hancocks Nutrition Ltd and Polly Burn Consulting Ltd ("We," "Us," or "Our").
1.2 By registering for the Workshop, participants ("You" or "Your") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Provider Credentials
2.1 Tina Hancocks is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA). She has also undertaken extensive postgraduate training in genetics, nutrigenomics and Mycotherapy and holds Functional Medicine certificates from the Kharrazian Institute in the US.
2.2 Polly Burn holds a Level 5 Diploma with the HCA Academy & QUALIFI in Health & Wellness Coaching, with competency in health transformation coaching, person-centered training, wellness & nutrition. Registered with the UKIHCA and a member of the Association for Coaching. She also holds a PG Certificate in Mental Health and is registered Mental Health Aware with MHFA.
3. Workshop Details
3.1 The Workshop consists of 7 sessions, from Monday 28th April - Tues 6th May 2025. There will be two live sessions held online via Zoom (on Monday 28th April and Tuesday 6th May, 12:30-13:30 UK time), daily support via a dedicated WhatsApp channel and daily emails with supporting programme materials delivered via an e-book. The programme is extended to take account of the UK Bank Holiday and there will be no activities scheduled for this day.
3.2 Sessions will cover topics on stress response, immune health, gut health, sleep, movement, hormones and blood sugar and are designed for general group advice.
3.3 Advice provided during the Workshop is not individualised or medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical or health concerns. As this is a group programme, we are not able to provide tailored nutrition plans in the Workshop to work around specific medical conditions or medications.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for the Workshop must be made in full at the time of registration.
4.2 Participation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 You may cancel Your registration and receive a full refund if You notify Us in writing no later than 12:00 GMT on 25th April 2025.
5.2 Cancellations made after 12:00 GMT on 25th April 2025 are non-refundable.
5.3 Cancellations will not be accepted if digital products have already been downloaded or received by You.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 If the Workshop is cancelled before it commences, You will receive a full refund.
6.2 If the Workshop is cancelled partway through, You will receive a pro-rata refund based on the number of sessions that have already taken place.
6.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by You after the Workshop has commenced.
6.4 If You are unable to attend any session, You will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling of the missed session. However, We will endeavour to share any materials provided during the session and recordings will be made available where possible.
6.5 No refunds will be issued if digital download products have already been downloaded or received by You.
7. Participant Responsibilities
7.1 You acknowledge that participation in the Workshop is voluntary and that any exercise or nutritional guidance followed during or after the Workshop is at Your own risk.
7.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure that any physical activities undertaken are suitable for Your fitness level and health conditions.
7.3 You must inform Us of any known health conditions that may affect Your ability to participate.
8. Photography and Marketing
8.1 We may take photographs and/or video recordings during the Workshop sessions for use in marketing and promotional materials, including on Our website, social media, and other platforms.
8.2 If You do not wish to be included in any photographs or recordings, You must inform Us in writing before the start of the Workshop or notify Us at the time of the session.
8.3 We will make reasonable efforts to exclude anyone who has opted out from being photographed or recorded.
9. Limitations of Liability
9.1 We do not accept liability for any injury, illness or adverse outcomes arising from Your participation in the Workshop.
9.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the Workshop.
9.3 The Workshop is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
10.1 We will collect and process Your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws.
10.2 Group discussions within the Workshop are confidential in order to encourage open discussion and participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.
10.3 Please refrain from making any defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or threatening comments in group WhatsApp conversations. Personal attacks, name-calling, trolling and abuse will not be tolerated. Please avoid spamming or posting promotional material.
10.4 Please respect that other community members may have different experiences and perspectives. We welcome a variety of viewpoints.
10.5 We reserve the right to delete comments at Our discretion and block any repeat offenders. We will also remove any content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
