Welcome
If you are curious about your health, drawn to nature and wanting to feel more balanced and energised, this summer retreat day is for you.
Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, surrounded by gardens and woodland, this is your chance to slow down, reconnect and experience first-hand how food, plants and time in nature support whole body wellbeing.
I see you…
Are you constantly being pulled from one thing to the next, responding to a polite “how are you?” with a strained, “busy”; while time for you and your health drop off the end of a long ‘to do’ list?
Yet deep within, you know that stepping away from the busy, reconnecting with nature, wholesome food and the beauty of the world around you is your possible answer.
I created this retreat day just for you.

Tina Hancocks
BA (Hons) | DipCNM | mANP | mNNA | CNHC | GNCI’m a naturopathic nutritional therapist, functional medicine practitioner and precision health coach, with a deep passion for helping you reconnect with your health in a way that feels simple, grounded and sustainable.
My work is rooted in getting to the underlying cause of symptoms, with a particular focus on immune and autoimmune health. I bring together years of clinical training, a natural curiosity and a background in analysing complex systems to support your body through food and lifestyle in a way that actually makes sense in real life.
I’m passionate about demystifying nutrition, cutting through the noise and helping you understand what your body truly needs, so you can feel more energised, balanced and in control of your health.
Much of what I teach comes from how I live myself. You’ll often find me in the garden growing food, in the kitchen creating simple, nourishing meals or out in nature with my family. This retreat is a reflection of that way of living, bringing together food, plants and the natural world to support your wellbeing in a truly hands-on and accessible way.
