1.2   By registering for the Workshop, participants ("You" or "Your") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Provider Credentials

3. Workshop Details

3.1 The Workshop consists of six live sessions via Zoom, recorded lessons, supporting resources, and group support via the Practice Better platform. For participants opting into the CGM element, the Workshop includes the use of a Lingo continuous glucose monitor (“CGM”) biosensor for 14 days, with data visible via a dedicated app (iPhone 11 or later or Android 12 or later required).

3.2 Sessions are designed for general group education and discussion on topics directly related to blood sugar regulation, including how nutrition, meal timing, movement, sleep habits and stress management can influence daily energy, cravings, mood and focus. We will also cover how to interpret your own glucose data or symptom patterns to create a personalised approach for long-term balance.

3.3 Advice provided during the Workshop is not individualised or medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical or health concerns.

3.4 If you have a diagnosed medical condition - including but not limited to type 1 or type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, or other blood sugar-related disorders - you must inform us before the Workshop begins. We may require confirmation that you have consulted your GP or specialist before participating.

3.5 We are not able to provide tailored nutrition or supplement plans within the Workshop to work around individual medical conditions, medications, or complex health needs.

3.6 The Workshop is not suitable for those with a history of eating disorders, kidney disease or currently undergoing cancer treatment.

4. CGM / Lingo Biosensor
4.1 The Lingo CGM is supplied and shipped directly by Our distributor. We are not the manufacturer of the device and accept no liability for device performance, accuracy or functionality.

4.2 The CGM will be shipped to the delivery address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct. We are not liable for loss or delay due to incorrect addresses.

4.3 If your CGM arrives damaged or is lost in transit, We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining a replacement from the manufacturer. However, We cannot guarantee replacement timeframes or outcomes.

4.4 CGM use is optional. If you choose not to use a CGM, you will be provided with a symptom-based post-meal tracking tool to help monitor your body’s responses.
